Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

The Windermere Chamber of Commerce Youth Committee was created to connect, inspire, and empower young people in our community. We believe today’s youth are tomorrow’s business leaders, innovators, and community changemakers.

Through hands-on experiences, leadership opportunities, and community involvement, the Youth Committee gives students and young professionals the tools to grow, network, and make an impact.

What We Do

Leadership Development – Workshops, mentorship, and real-world opportunities to build leadership skills.

Community Engagement – Volunteer initiatives, fundraising drives, and partnerships that give back to the community.

Business Connections – Networking events with local entrepreneurs, executives, and chamber members.

Youth-Led Projects – Committees led by students on initiatives like toy drives, holiday events, and civic engagement campaigns.

Who Can Join?

The Youth Committee is open to:

High school students (grades 9–12)

College students and young professionals (ages 18–25)

Anyone passionate about leadership, community, and personal growth
